Payroll

We provide a comprehensive payroll and pension auto enrolment service, ensuring that you fulfil your legal duties as an employer.


We take care of all PAYE calculations and statutory payments such as SSP and SMP,  Payrolls can be done weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly or quarterly.  All tax coding notices are applied automatically when they are issued.

Payroll journals are entered directly into your accounting software of management reports can be securely supplied.


We supply payslips by email directly to the employee or if preferred we can provide a complete web based self-service management dashboard for you and your staff.


We will file monthly returns for the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). We supply all P60 and P45 forms, complete P11D expenses, and submit Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC. If you have an Auto Enrolment  scheme (see below) we will ensure monthly declarations are made to the pension provider.

Auto Enrolment

Auto enrolment is a necessary task for all employers. It is a set of duties that must be fulfilled for all eligible employees to be automatically enrolled into a qualifying workplace pension scheme.

Your legal auto enrolment duties start on the day that your first employee starts working for you. 

Our services include the ongoing administration of the pension scheme, including:

  • eligibility assessments of your employees,

  • employee correspondence, and

  • uploading notification of contributions to the pension provider.

We can, if required, set up your business’ automatic enrolment pension scheme. This will include an assessment of all current employees, sending letters sent to employees explaining how automatic enrolment will impact them, and completing the Declaration of Compliance.
